STS Gas Cylinder Lifter
Capacity: up to 250Kg
Operators can easily lift cylinders of up to 250kg in weight using this hydraulic gas cylinder lifter. The unit features a manual-hydraulic lifting mechanism that allows gas bottles to be lifted up to heights of 450mm. The legs of this machine straddle around the cylinder.
The unit has a rubber support pad to suit gas bottles with diameters between 180mm to 450mm The operator secures the cylinder against the pad using a ratchet and strap mechanism before lifting and manoeuvring it into place.
The 17cc aluminium pump supplies oil to a lifting ram in the centre of the unit. The system raises the gas bottle when the rear tiller handle is pumped back and forth. A hand-operated lowering lever/valve is mounted on the top of the lifter body. The lowering lever provides precise control when a gas bottle needs to be lowered down onto the floor.
