This manual-hydraulic drum rotator allows operators to ergonomically lift and decant drums of various sizes. The stainless-steel 304-grade construction is ideally suited to both food and pharmaceutical environments thanks to a smooth and clean vibro-polished finish.
In the base of the chassis, two manual-hydraulic 13cc hydraulic pumps supply the lifting ram with oil to raise the drum. These pumps are operated by pumping the handle at the rear of the unit. Designed to be ergonomic, the pumps require minimal force, adhering to manual handling guidelines.
Drums and barrels are available in steel, plastic, and fibreboard, each coming in various shapes and sizes. When selecting a drum tipping stacker, it's crucial to choose a unit that can manage all drum types used in your factory. Tippers limited to handling only certain drums often end up unused and abandoned. To prevent this, procurement should focus on drum tippers with adaptable and universal designs.
