STS Drum Mover (Side-shift)

This is the most versatile barrel mover on the market. Our unique over-pallet lifter allows you to load and unload an entire pallet of drums from just one side, this suits work areas where pallets of drums are stored along a wall.
In the same way that we need to handle different drum styles, we are also faced with different drum sizes in the workplace. It is therefore important that your drum handling equipment can handle both tall and short drums. With our drum lifter models you can move the drum catch to different levels to cater to a variety of drum heights; position the catch lower for shorter drums and higher for taller ones.
Our side-shift function is unique: fourteen precision bearings allow you to smoothly slide the central lifter left and right making accessing the whole pallet simple and easy. Once the central lifter is locked in place, you can move the drum handler over the pallet to pick up the drum. When lowering a drum to the floor, the side-shift function provides precise control and helps to reduce placement gaps between drums.
