STS Drum Handler (Counterbalance) Stainless Steel

This model is well suited to customers who wish to improve efficiency and eliminate the manual handling of drums; our powered drum lifter/handler allows operators to lift and move drums of up to 350kg with ease. The automatic beak gripper connects to a wide range of drum types, whilst a powered tiller at the rear makes for easy manoeuvring and precise placement of drums and barrels.
Our battery-powered drive system comprises two 180Ah batteries and a 1000W, 24V electric drive motor. The efficient electric drive motor is controlled using a rear tiller assembly which combines industry-standard controls as well as the drum lit and lower functions. An on-board smart battery charger is located within the control box, simply connect a mains power supply to the unit whenever the batteries are low to return the unit to a fully-charged state.
