Our cromox® stainless steel pump chains made of high-quality stainless steel are designed for use in the wastewater industry (e.g. in sewage treatment plants, waterworks). The corrosion-resistant pump chains are used for lifting and lowering (submersible) pumps and aeration equipment.
Our stainless steel pump chains are made of high-strength stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L) or 1.4462 Duplex (AISI 318LN) and have straight sided master links at the beginning of the chain, in segment distances and at the end of the chain for index lowering or lifting of submersible pumps. They comply with Grade 60, are welded and equipped with a load capacity plate and stamped with the manufacturer's mark, traceability code and grade and comply with Machinery Directive 2006 / 42 / EC and LEEA 069-2 specification for stainless steel submersible pump lifting chains
The standard length of the chain segments is 1,000 mm (basic part as well as attachment part). Bespoke assemblies can be manufactured to meet your precise requirements.
